Scheduling and Confirmation

ADS Assignment Confirmation Report:

   Upon receiving a signing request, ADS will confirm your pre-set appointment or will set an appointment at your borrowers convenience. We will then assign our Notary giving you shipping instructions. All information can be accessed by fax or e-mail based on your particular needs. Every client will have his or her own personal live contact.

ADS Reporting

       Our customers will have complete access detailing loan status.  

       Our customers will have disposition of every open assignment.

       Our customers will have tracking numbers for every loan.

Expenses

Advantage Document Services (ADS) considers fees for regular services to include document signing at any location of the 48 Continental United States and the District of Columbia. The following are included in Advantage Plus Service, standard with every assignment.

       The scheduling of borrower signing appointments.

       Traveling to and meeting with borrowers at a time and place of

          their convenience.

       Reviewing and explaining loan terms, collection of additional

          required documents.

       The proper identification of all individuals party to the transaction

          described by the assigned documents.

       The legal notarization of all signatures, where required and the

          permanent maintenance of legal and proper evidence of each

          signature as part of each Notary Public Associates Official Journal.

       Arrangements for delivery of completed document package to

          Lender, Escrow Officer or Loan Broker using, Client paid for and

          specified delivery service.
